Sustainable development is rather understood as a balance between environmental protection and the potential for economic development and the concept of “sustainability” as the coexistence of three main categories: environment, economy, society.

Those were the basics responding to the target group needs: mismatch of green jobs and due competences, difficult level of testing sustainable practices in youth work entities, existing EU policies with a lack of applicacy or in need of improvement, dissatisfaction in the management of circular urban economy models, risk of green sheen, and similars.
